| 1. What can I do on my VPS? |
In a nut shell, you can run anything of a VPS, just as you would on a normal server, desktop, or laptop computer. Here are some simple examples, as well as some not so obvious which can easily be run on our VPS servers.
- Hosting a website
All our VPS solutions come with Apache2, the worlds most powerful web server according to Netcraft's webserver stats for August 1995-April 2010.
- File storage
With protocols like like ftp, sftp, http, soap and many others your only a command or two away from installing file sharing capabilities. Access your files from anywhere in the world, and even give others access as you see fit.
- Testing of applications
One of the main benifits of VPS systems is that its virtually identical to the real thing, yet with less cost, and time. If you are a software developer, or web designer, you can test your applications and scripts on our platforms for compatibility. These days applications come in all shapes and sizes, as does the different operating systems that are available for use. The only sure way to ensure that it will work on all the platforms is to try it on as many as possible. Rather than spending hours, or even days, installing operating system after operating system, simply copy your code to our servers and check the results. Ofcourse, the development of the code can also be performed on the VPS.
- Games hosting
Have total control of your game server, chose what to install, configure, and serve.

| 2. What do we support? |
We currently have 2 support options which you can chose from on the customization page.
The first allows you to request that your VPS be restored to its default state when it was first provisioned to you. You can also order manual power functions, (eg power on, power off, reboot) for when your VPS system is none responsive, or has been turned off)
The second option gives you additional support request previliges, allowing you to request assistance with installing/uninstalling software and general linux help. |

| 3. Where is it hosted? |
| All of our VPS servers are hosted at out service provider's data center in Germany. This is to reduce the overall costs whilst continuing to provide you with a strong reliable service. |

Rather than giving you a small choice of small, medium, and large, we offer you the ability to customize all attributes of your virtual machine including architecture, bandwidth, diskspace, memory, support options, and the duration of your contract. This is in addition to a wide range of Linux Distributions and versions, which we are constantly updating. We acknowledge the fact that all our customers have different requirements and one size does NOT fit all. We put the power of customization into your hands, not ours. |

| 5. What is a VPS? |
| A VPS (virtual Private Server) is a hosted area of a physical machine made into a smaller "Virtual" environments. These environments are allocated actual resources from the physical machine and are segregated from one another. These virtual mahcines are practically identical to physical machines in terms of usability and the background processes are transparent to the user. |

| 8. Do your VPS Systems come with a Desktop environment? |
| By default our systems only come with a minimal install allowing you to install whatever you want. If you are unsure how to do this you can choose our customized option which can include support where we will install the software of your choosing. |

| 9. I can't find a product that suits my needs. What can I do? |
| We do offer a customized version of every product that we provide. If you require additional capacity, please contact us with your exact requirements for a quote. |

| 10. What methods of payment do you accept? |
Our preferred payment option is PayPal as the transaction is done instantly. A recurring profile with be automatically set up and you will have access to your product within 5 minutes.
Alternatively we also accept payment with Standing Orders, however your product will not be available until payment has cleared.

| 12. How long is the contract period? |
| The PayPal agreement is set for monthly billing for a 1 year duration. During this time you can cancel at any time. We will then continue to provide services till the end of the end of the monthly billing period. To cancel, simply let us know, and we will discontinue the PayPal agreement - no questions asked. |
